These speakers have worked with, founded and run highly successful organisations, and are well aware of the challenges faced by businesses starting up. They will be discussing how their heritage and culture have formed the cornerstone anchoring their ambition and operating style.

A champion of startups and long-time accelerator for founders of world-leading fintech companies are just a few words to describe Simran Gambhir. Simran serves as a director and founder to numerous companies in the innovation space, including Payatu Pty Ltd, a pioneering security services organisation and Ganemo Group, a premium mobile and web development firm. He is also a leading consultant for KPMG, with expertise in tech innovation, start-ups and enterprise growth.
Pushpinder Bagga is a mutli-talented problem solver with 12+ years of experience in leading end to end products for early stage start-ups and growing technology companies. He is a co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Dishme, an innovative platform that connects local cooks to customers for on demand catering. He was previously a New Product Development Specialist at UNSW.
Partner, Deloitte Ventures
We are pleased to announce that one of YSPN’s founding members, Angad Soin, will be returning as a speaker for Elevate 2019.
Angad is a Partner at Deloitte, the world’s largest professional service firm. He leads Deloitte Australia’s Corporate Strategy and Corporate Venture Capital teams, responsible for helping shape the Firm’s strategy and making investments in new emerging technology businesses/start-ups within Australia. He is a Board advisor to a number of Australian start-ups.
Prior to this role, Angad was a Strategy Practitioner at MonitorDeloitte with over 10 years of experience helping major Australian companies develop their Corporate, M&A, Digital and Market Entry strategies across of range of industries including; Transport and Logistics, Automotive, Retail, Telecommunications and Financial Services. During this time, Angad led on the ground in Australia, China and the US, working closely with the C-suite and Board.
Angad holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and prior to working at Deloitte worked with IBM Consulting and American Express. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Inder Dhillon is a Canadian born entrepreneur that now calls Australia home. She has qualifications in finance and fashion and it was whilst working for Macquarie Bank in New York that she switched to a career in fashion. Inder has studied at Parsons, the New School for Design in New York, as well as the Fashion Design Studio in Sydney. She launched her self-labeled brand INDER DHILLON at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia in 2013 and is also co-founder and creative director of Bondi based swim label twosix.
